1. Separate polyA or total RNA on a Formaldehyde-Agarose Gel.
2. Transfer RNA to a hybridization membrane using capillary transfer
or vacuum blot. No pre-treatment of the gel is required.
3. Labeling of probe and hybridization procedures are the same for Southern hybridization.
