1. Phage DNA can be prepared as described in
Phage clone --- pick clones for storage.
2. 1 ml of phage (108 pfu) or less
may be PCR amplified using phage specific primers (e.g., gt11 forward
and reverse) in a 25 ml PCR reaction.
