1. Carefully remove PAGE after running and place on
Saran wrap.
2. Place the gel on top of the fluor-coated TLC plate.
3. Visualize DNA bands by shining a hand-held shortwave UV source (254 nm) in a
dark room.
4. DNA will be dark purple and the TLC plate will appear green.
