1. (optional) Add 1 ml sodium acetate (3M pH5.2)
to the PCR reaction.
2. Add 5 volumes of Buffer PB.
3. Place a Qiaquick spin column in a 2 ml collection tube.
4. Apply sample to QIAquick column.
5. Spin 30-60 seconds at 12,000 rpm.
6. Discard flow-through, add 750 ml PE Buffer.
7. Spin 30-60 seconds at 12,000 rpm. Discard flow-through.
8. Spin 1 minutes at 12,000 rpm. Discard flow-through.
9. Place column in a new tube. Add 50 ml EB buffer
(10 mM Tris-HCl, pH8.5) or H2O to the center
of the QIAquick membrane, let the column stand for 1 minute, and centrifuge
for 1 minute at 12,000 rpm.
