Virtualab Protocols (Chang Bioscience)
1. Resuspend transfected cells in culture medium containing appropriate
selection antibiotics 48 hours after transfection. Disperse cells into a single-cell suspension by
slow pipetting.
2. Dilute cells to different concentrations ranging from
5x103 cells/ml to 105 cells/ml.
3. Dispense into 96-well plate at 200 µl/well.
Culture at 37 °C in a humanitified incubator. Clones should form
in 7-14 days.
