1. Phage clone and library may be stored at 4 °C in
10 mM Tris-HCl pH7.5, 10 mM MgCl2, 50 mM NaCl.
2. Keep bacteria from growing by adding one drop of chloroform.
3. Seal tightly.
4. For long term storage, add 10% DMSO, store at -70 °C.
5. A working stock diluted from the original stock is frequently stored
at 4 °C.
6. Titers of the working stock should be at least 106
pfu/ml.
