Shrimp Alkaline Phosphatase (SAP) is active in virtually all restriction
enzyme buffers and may be added directly to a restriction digestion.
1. After completion of the digestion, add 1 ml
of SAP to the digestion mix.
2. Incubate at 37 °C for 1 hour.
3. Inactivate SAP at 65 °C for 15 minutes.
