1. Place a Microcon-30 in a microcentrifuge tube. Add PCR reaction products.
2. Add 450 ml H2O to
the Microcon-30.
3. Centrifuge at 12,000 rpm for ~ 10 minutes or until the
retained volume is approximately 50 ml.
4. Discard flow-through.
5. Repeat the wash (step 2-4) 2 more times.
6. Invert microcon in a new tube and elute by spinning 1 minute.
Check Microcon Cutoff for chosen an appropriate
Microcon filter.
